The Greenwich Volunteer Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified apparatus manufacturers for the construction of one (1) new, 2025 model year or newer, side mount Pumper-Tanker.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The deadline for submissions to be received shall be August 28th, 2025, at 4:30pm.

The Greenwich Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and
will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. The department also reserves the right not to award a
contract to any of the proponents if they believe in their sole discretion doing so would not be in the
interests of the Greenwich Volunteer Fire Department.
